Digital Project Manager

Salary: €75,000 - 90,000
Location: Dublin
Type: Permanent

My client is hiring an experienced Digital Project Manager to support the delivery of technology solutions within a highly regulated production environment. This role is suited to someone with strong project management fundamentals and a background in implementing digital systems that support manufacturing and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of digital projects across multiple system areas, including execution systems, material tracking and analytics platforms

  • Build a strong understanding of manufacturing processes to support accurate project scoping and execution

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks and resources across concurrent workstreams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities and technical requirements

  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify needs, define objectives and maintain project visibility

  • Coordinate project activities around operational schedules and planned downtime

  • Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems

  • Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and senior stakeholders

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and ongoing support meetings

  • Ensure all project documentation meets regulatory, validation and data integrity standards

  • Assist in onboarding new team members into the existing delivery framework

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience in a regulated production or automation-focused environment

  • Strong understanding of compliance, validation and data integrity requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver technology projects supporting manufacturing or operational teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and driving improvements
